PRICING
All pricing is displayed and charged in New Zealand dollars and includes relevant taxes. Rotorua Canopy Tours reserves the right to alter published prices at any time. Child price applies to children aged 6-15 years inclusive for all activities.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
All our canopy tours have age and weight restrictions it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they meet these requirements prior to purchase. Please check the restrictions and physical requirements carefully before purchasing.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Full price cancellation will be charged for any cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour time.
- Cancellations made outside of the 24-hour period will not incur any charge.
- Changes to bookings within 24 hours of the tour will be subject to availability and will incur a $50 admin fee.
A cancellation charge of the total booking value will apply to customers who fail to arrive at their pre-booked departure time.
Rotorua Canopy Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions, hazard identification, and events beyond our control that will interfere with the safe operation of the business. Customers affected will be offered alternative tour times or full refunds.
MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS
Before you come on tour with us you will be asked to disclose any medical conditions or disabilities. Medical conditions or disabilities will not automatically exclude you from taking part in the tour. If you have concerns about a condition, please contact our team prior to booking.
Unfortunately, we do not take anyone more than 20 weeks pregnant on our canopy tours.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
WAIVER
Participation in adventure activities involves a degree of risk. All customers will be required to sign a waiver upon activity check-in.
PHOTOS & VIDEO
Customer photos taken on tour will be provided to guests free of charge, these will be taken to the best of the guides ability but as lighting and weather conditions can be challenging we cannot guarantee the quality of these images. Rotorua Canopy Tours reserves the right to use any recording and images for promotional purposes without reward.
Photos of customers may be used by Rotorua Canopy Tours for promotional purposes.
